Within the progressive city of San Fernando, Pampanga, The Café of Dreams follows the narrative of Ms. Eliza and the Dream Chasers—the MW Café's neurodivergent workers—in a documentary-style, day in the life narrative. It highlights their daily routines, their experiences with customers, the philosophy of the MW Center, and the importance of believing in the capabilities of neurodivergent folk.
